Getting back on path

For several weeks I hit a slump and was holding on by a thread to keep the weight loss on track. I did continue to lose but it was a small amount. I refused to let myself get totally off track just slow it down a little so I don't stop completely. Yesterday the drive came back and I am back to moving forward instead of slumping off. My body is also feeling the pain of being back on track. LoL Abs Video Ouchie. Pain today for stronger muscles tomorrow. It feels good to be back. I know the slump will hit again at some point and I hope I can navigate it as well as I did this time.
Never stopped tracking and watching what I ate.
Went for 1 or 2 walks a day instead of 3.
Removed old floor tiles instead of workout videos.
It was a push to do that but I want to meet my goal of healthy weight, more active, and more outdoors. Keep your eye on the goal and find ways to make sure you keep going even if it is smaller ways and when you get through the slump feeling your are still a step closer.
