February

Thursday, February 27, 2014

Didn't want February to get away without doing my little thing with the letters, I forget just what that is called, but I remember one of you smart people out there mentioning it. So here we go!

F - F is for the fine things we have in our lives, far exceeding those of our ancestors

E - Enthusiasm for growing healthy and full of energy

B - Being ready to exercise and eat right regardless of the weather

R - Results that are showing up give us the incentive we need and want

U - Unusual attention is actually the usual thing as lose more and more

A - Armed with a shovel, we tackle those driveways - we call it "exercise"

R - Realistic goals are the only way to go because they are 'achievable'

Y - You are the one who gains the most benefit when you live a Healthy Lifestyle

And I have 'loved' February as this month I went from 143.8 to 139.6 emoticon
