10 minutes - Day 1 (of 100)

Now that I have my drains out and bandages off, I really need to get back on the wagon with consistent exercise. I've decided to commit to a minimum of 10 minutes a day of aerobic exercise (getting my HR up to at least 70% of max.) for 100 days. I want to be able to do much more as I regain my strength, but commiting to 10 min.

Today is day 1: 10 minutes on elliptical emoticon

    Kay, you are amazing! I know a lot of people -- my DH included -- who can't do 10 minutes on an elliptical and haven't just battled cancer, either. Way to go!!!

    Glad to hear you are cleared & read to exercise! What a great start on Day 1. I am still SO SORE from yesterday that I'm glad I took it easier today. I'll see what I feel like tomorrow, but will get in 10 minutes no matter what!
