Now that I have my drains out and bandages off, I really need to get back on the wagon with consistent exercise. I've decided to commit to a minimum of 10 minutes a day of aerobic exercise (getting my HR up to at least 70% of max.) for 100 days. I want to be able to do much more as I regain my strength, but commiting to 10 min.
