It is almost 3 months into 2014...so very hard to believe. I've kept telling myself over and over that I needed to get back into this but would never follow through. So, today I decided to get on spark and see how my spark friends are doing and hopefully get some motivation. I updated my page and posted new pictures and after this I will be making my workout calendar and plan my meals. A lot has been going on since the last time I was on. I had started night shift in August and I have fairly adjusted to that schedule. Some days are better than others. I'll have days where I sleep just enough and be perfectly fine but then there are other days where I'm completely exhausted and all I do is sleep. Working night shift has my eating all out of wack. I don't know what to consider breakfast, lunch, or dinner so if anyone has any tips on that, that would be great!!
And then I have a health issue going on. Since I got married I am so very ready to have another baby. I have irregular periods...its been like that for years and I have never thought anything of it since I wasn't trying to get pregnant. Well, now that the time has come to wanting babies I talked to my gyno and she ordered up some labs and a test that checks my tubes and uterus. Well my prolactin level...which is controlled by your pituitary gland...came back high/abnormal so I had to get a MRI to check for a tumor...which came out fine...Thank God. But now my gyno is referring me to an endocrinologist to figure out why my prolactin level is high because she thinks this is what's causing the irregular periods. So I figured getting my weight under control and just living a healthier lifestyle might possibly help with this whole situation.
More exciting news is we are looking for a house. The terms for why we have to buy a house isn't the greatest but this is an exciting and very confusing process lol. I was hoping to have more money saved to buy a house in a few more years but due to certain circumstances we've decided to just buy a house now instead of renting another. We're hoping to move after my daughter's school year is over because she will have to switch school districts.
March 2013 Plan
1. Pack food for work
2. Water! Water! Water!
3. Lose 1/2-1 lb a week
4. Only eat out once a week or not at all!!
5. Fruits & Veggies for snacks!!
6. Start C25K and finish it!!!!
The last time I wrote a blog was before my wedding and it was about not fitting into my wedding dress. Well, the day before the wedding I was down to 163 lbs (goal was to get to 165) and my mom had taken out my dress and actually had to put it back to the way it was originally so it would fit right. The only thing was I had some back fat but other than that I fit my dress and had the best day of my life! Hope you enjoy the pictures...sorry they're so late lol and sorry there's only a few and not a lot are the professional ones...idk why but it always says theres an error...
