That what is good is called evil and that which is evil is called good.
Today I saw that a federal judge here in Texas has struck down a Texas law that bans gay marriage. His decision is on hold while the state appeals. I do pray that the state wins this battle!
Yes, I stand against gay marriage and homosexuality in itself. I guess that by the world's standard that I would be classified as a "hater" since I do not and will not agree with those that support it but that doesn't concern me a bit for I know that I am labeled as such by a world that does not know the meaning of hate or love. Not in truth, that is.
If I truly "hated" homosexuals I would give them all the support possible or just act indifferent. Why? Because I know that they will have no place in Heaven and I would be happy to see them suffer eternal damnation for their sin. But, I don't hate them! I hate the sin that is in them. I hate the spiritual forces that have deceived them and those who support them. I hate that, as the word of God says, that what is good is called evil and that which is evil is called good. I hate that I and other Christians are being told that we must be more tolerant or we are not true Christians. I hate the acceptance that is going worldwide because I know what the end results are for these people. I hate the "bullying" tactics used by gay right activists against anyone who disagrees with them.
I will NOT help people go to hell by condoning their sin and this is exactly what everyone who supports them is doing and they WILL answer to Almighty God. I have spoken to some who are gay or have some other sin in their lives that they ask me about. I do not speak to them with a sense or tone of condemnation but out of love, as usually, a strong compassion comes over me and I simply tell them the truth out of the scriptures.
I do ,however, speak much more harshly ( with a certain authority) when speaking to someone who is trying to justify this sin to others and try to convince them that it is normal. In truth, they are trying to deceive others and that, I cannot allow.
I know that no man made law or any legislation passed will ever supersede the law of God. I stand against gay marriage out of my love for God and His statutes and also for the love of those caught up in this sin. I love them enough to pray for them and I love them enough that I will never condone their sin to make them feel better about themselves when I know what lays before them. I know that right now they and their supporters are rejoicing in the victories that they believe they are winning but I also know that their rejoicing will eventually turn into great mourning. An eternity of great mourning!
There is ( or was, I haven't checked it lately) a site on FB called NOT BORN GAY that was really interesting and well worth reading. At least it was that last time I read it.
This is where the world has love and hate backwards. To me , it is a great form of hate to help people go to hell when one knows the truth! Some act out of ignorance concerning the word of God and others out of a hatred for the word of God and the idea that they are accountable to God and rebel against God. All will know the truth in the end!
