When I fall off of my running schedule, the best way for me to get back on track is to sign up for a really challenging race, like a half marathon. I think the same strategy could work for my weight loss. I need a challenge! Or three. Today, I am starting the Good Belly Reboot challenge, the Countdown to Skinny Jeans challenge, and the Cook Your Way to a Healthy Weight challenge.
I'm also considering buying the Spark Activity Tracker. I liked my Weight Watchers Active Link, but hated paying a monthly fee just for that... plus it didn't link up with Spark People which I actually prefer over WW. Thoughts?
