Today is 'crazy busy' & I didn't feel I could take the time to workout. But, I just got in 13 minutes with a FitnessBlender workout. I did a kickboxing cardio plus abs. I'm glad I made time for it! Day 4... done!
Oh, and I'm SORE from yesterday's workout. My calves are TIGHT! Woke up multiple times during the night. Will take the time to roll them out some!
I hope my other 3 "100 days" buddies are doing their workouts today!! Let's have a great Day 4! And, I hope everyone does at least 10 minutes of something for the body today.
