The Mirror

When I looked into the mirror I hated what I saw. I sighed. I missed the feeling I got, the, "yeah, this is good," when I had lost 40 pounds. But 30 out of those 40 pounds found me again and all I could see was, "yuck." But then I came back to SP, made a commitment to exercise at least 10 minutes a day and eat right, and though It's only been just over 3 weeks, and I've only lost 4 pounds, the scene in the mirror is a more confident, happy person, one who can look at herself and see the future. I no longer despair when I look into that glass, I rejoice in the choice I made to be healthy again.
