Hi Friends!

Going to make it short tonight, had a so-so day. Kinda haven't really felt good today although I kept pushing forward with my plan. Just ready to go snuggle up with my couch and watch some tv before bed.

Workout Meal: Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

Breakfast: Granola w/ milk and banana

Afternoon Snack: none
Dinner: Tostada

Evening Snack: Crackers n Hummus

I kicked it up just a bit today...
