Life is over as I know it.

Finally had the courage to read the label on the jar of Nutella that is hiding in the back corner of my fridge.

Soy..... whey

Two of the many ingredients I can no longer enjoy. (Going gluten-free includes other food items as well.)

Did I toss the jar? Nope!

I placed it back into its hiding place to deal with later. Maybe, someday, I can ask DH to toss for me.

    Hmm, I do the same kind of thing. It make take me years, but this is the year I clean everything out! LOL!

    Toss the Nutella and try this instead.

    Well…there are some homemade Nutella recipes on SparkRecipes. No soy or whey.

    Love that Milne quote! It's one of my favorites. You can do this, Elisa. It will make you feel better, in the long run. Giving up things is difficult. But, having your body feel better? What do you think? I think you will be glad, later on. Just not today. I am sorry.
