Lions and tigers and that sweet tooth.. oh my!

Hi everybody! I need help! I have been working my rear off going to the gym daily. Since the end of December, 2013 I have gone to work out every day..I take a day off here and there, but overall I'm there. I have gone down a few pant sizes and dress sizes. I feel much better. My problem is my sweet tooth. I don't know how to break it. I have been eating pretty well but despite the fact that i have dropped sizes, my scale number does not budge anymore.

I work as a pastry chef at a university and this temptation is all around me. Heres a typical meal for me : breakfast- womens protein shake with a banana, lunch-sandwich or wrap (healthy ones lol), dinner - 8 ounce cup of soup ( whatever is at work).. then when I get home from work around 9:30...cereal.

My problem is that although my daily meal routine is decent, I cannot help myself but to snack on sweet treats during the day. Never more than one, but still.....

For example, ive done well so far today but I had a doughnut and i'm super angry with myself. I bring sweets home from work because they look so darn good. I'm weak...

What alternatives can I use to curb the craving for something sweet or how can I wean myself off of sweets slowly???
