Almost half-way! Eep! I recalculated my daily calorie intake to result in a 2-lbs. deficit at the end of every week from now until my dress fittings start (possibly 14 weeks!), but to allow for strict eating during the week and casual, social eating on the weekends. I very much believe in everything in moderation, and striving to make the healthiest choices with every meal, but I WILL NOT dub foods "bad" and "good" because I have found that just results in disordered eating patterns for myself. I get so down on myself if I slip up with some "bad" foods or eat ONE horrible meal, that it has the potential to spin out into days or WEEKS of "I've given up" mentality. That is NOT happening anymore! So, I've created a calories in/calories out plan that allows me to enjoy the weekends and be social, to eat what I want in moderation, and to still make healthier choices that allow me to reach my goals!
Oh yeah, and I got my workout in at 6:30am again this morning! Sets the tone for the whole day, and I feel great! Really excited that it is getting warmer/lighter in the mornings, again, so that I can get in to this regular habit, again!
