I haven't been on here for about a week and a half! Seems longer than that! Ive been getting a lot of extra hours at work the past 2 weeks so that has really been consuming a lot of my time & school has been crazy as well, seems like a have a new project to do every week! Half way done with the semester though:)
My eating has been alright, I could have done a little better but when your always on the go its kind of hard to do! I have still been going to the gym 3-4 times a week so that's a plus!
Its hard to believe that March is TWO days away! Since the beginning of the year I have only lost 5 pounds. So in March its a fresh start! I am going to push myself harder than ever! I am going to make myself go to the gym atleast 5 times a week for an hour! Make better food choices (instead of the mac and cheese I guess I could go with brown rice)lol and hide the sweets(twix is my new addiction this month). Tomorrow with my day off I am going to sit down and make out a meal plan and grocery list.
Summer is just right around the corner and I want to lose 20 more pounds by the end of may! I believe that is a reasonable goal. It gives me all of March and April to work my butt off! Speaking of summer I CANNOT wait to cook out on the grill, swim, hang with friends, & be out of school for a couple months! And it finally be warm enough to go outside and go for a walk! So excited!!!!!!!
