Started my day with 201 grams of freshly sliced pineapple and sparking! I'm going to make a nice cup of hot green tea and settle down to watch 2 of my shows that I missed last night :) Afterwards I'm going to do 30 minutes of exercise and then maybe start working on taking photos of the jewelry I'd like to sell and move on to taking photos of the clothes. I think as I go along I'll write down each item with a price that I'd like to get for it and any details about the item. It's probably going to take a few days to do this before I can post anything but at least I'll be prepared for it.
It's finally raining! If the rain isn't too bad I'm going to go out for my usual 1 hour long walk. I noticed my back is starting to hurt more and more so I will be mentioning that to my doctor on Saturday at my appointment. My appointment is supposed to check my blood pressure and talk about course of action. I keep telling her that whenever I check it that it is always normal but when I go to the doctor it becomes elevated but she just simply doesn't listen nor seem to care. If the appointment goes terribly I'll be switching to another provider at the same location. I feel there is no reason to put me on meds especially since I'm still losing weight which does play a factor in blood pressure numbers.
Tonight for dinner I'm making Lemon herb chicken helper but I'll be throwing in some green bell peppers in it and having a side of sourdough toast and steamed broccoli. For myself I'm having chicken and dumpling soup from the Progresso Light soup line with some sourdough bread. I don't know why but I feel like having a nice hot bowl of soup, probably because it's raining.
We went to the gym last night and I did 15 minutes on the arc trainer, 10 minutes on the stationary bike, and 20 minutes doing strength training. All of that was on top of a 30 minute workout in my room and a 1 hour long walk. For the first time I reached 15,000 steps!
