Unlike yesterday, today I woke up excited to do my workout! That's progress!
Today I chose another FitnessBlender workout. I'll have to write more about it sometime, but it is FREE & online! Today's choice was a 23 minute "bodyweight cardio" workout. It concentrated on lower body & core alongside the cardio. It was a "modified Tabata style" workout where you did an exercise for 30 seconds, rest 10 seconds, & repeat that same exercise for a total of 4 times! Yep... it was TOUGH! But, in a good way.
Glad to see I_LOVE_AMY & SWAN47 completed their first two days, too! Anyone else want to join us?
I love to start my day with a workout! I'm so glad to be getting back on track & making it a habit once more! I don't ever want to stop!!!
P.S. This afternoon, my daughter & I set a time for 10 minutes and did some core work!
