I have been doing a 100 day challenge since Jan 1st, and have lost 14.4 pds since then! I am on day 57 and have been on track everyday since Jan 1st. I feel really lucky, grateful and supported by all my wonderful sparking friends.
Last wk I started teaching the challenge to my fav sparkfriends and they love it too! New ideas to ponder, new things to learn, things to remember too! Today I joined a new team and asked the leader if I could teach it to the sparklers on this team, she said "lets give it a try" so here goes! I posted the intro and day 1 tonight, please ck it out! join it w/me! Help me make it happen!
