Sleep... It's important

So I couldn't help but notice, I was kinda cranky today. After only 4 hrs of sleep, I'm sure that's why. I made it to the gym and while on my machine going to it- I could hear a woman talking on her cell phone LOUDLY. So I ignore it, figure, she'll wrap it up soon... She's at the gym after all.... NOPE. I was on that machine for 37 minutes and she yacked the whole time. I had ear buds in- pretty loud and could still hear her. :/
Sleep... It. Is. Important. On a normal day, I would have blocked her out and just focused on me... No sleep + loud lady = me cranky!
Positive notes- almost done with all my water- got just about 11000 steps in. Going to bed early! Nighty night!
