45 min cardio and 15 stretching!
Today has gone well with water and food except for my calories being below my range because things got crazy and I never got to eat my lunch salad. Glad that doesn't happen too often because I was very hungry by the time dinner was ready! It also makes it harder to stick to my commitment to not eating after dinner but I am sticking to it!
Tomorrow is weigh in and though I have been doing well the past few days I am not counting on a loss this week as I don't want to be disappointed again. I know I am doing what I need too and the scale will eventually start reflecting that. I know I will be a bit let down if I don't have a loss but it isn't going to make me feel bad or ruin my day. I will have another good day tomorrow no matter what that scale says! It has helped that I saw a loss of inches when I measured and that I see a difference in the way my clothes fit even though the scale didn't move. Those visual things are really helping me to know that I am making good progress!
TOMORROWS GOALS: 30 MIN CARDIO, 15 MIN STRETCHING, 15 MIN STRENGTH AND NO EATING AFTER DINNER
