I have been focusing on drinking water and stretching. I have been doing better at the water than the stretching. I have found a couple of important things, one I don't feel as tired in the afternoon's, two I don't feel as hungry. I think that a lot of my munchy cravings were because I was thirsty. I'm so excited to see what a small change has done for me.
today I started my C25K, it felt so good to run again, even for that short amount of time. I took my daughter with me and she really enjoyed being outside.
