Workout 1: No weights

... I did workout #1 the all kickboxing workout. It is a very gentle workout and I highly recommend this workout for anyone wanting a good beginning kickboxing workout. Moves were simple, but varied, somewhat challenging (... you can add the burst of intensity that Kelly adds for more of a challenge) and fun!...

Workout #2 is also a kickboxing workout, but with added "light" weights for sculpting and done at a slightly slower, controlled pace. I haven't done this workout but I know that I will enjoy doing it. I would say that this is also a beginner level workout, and although I am an intermediate/advanced exerciser, this is great for those days when I want to keep the intensity low(er).

Kelly is one of my favorite trainers, I cant' wait to try out the other dvd workouts that I bought! emoticon
