Nothing hard ... is ever easy

I didn't want to, it was hard ... but I did it. I walked 20 minutes on my treadmill today. Yeah ME!

I am on week two of my "continuation" ... not starting over, healthy endeavor. We will be meeting the boys at the Grand Canyon in 16 weeks. I have known this for a year, had great intentions of loosing a kajillion pounds. But ... well, it happens.

I want to be able to walk while we are there. We don't get to ride the donkeys. There is a weight limit and I am over it. We have a money limit and the donkey ride is over it.

Ok, on to eating a great lunch.

    Excellent! Walking a great form of exercise, very easy to do compared to other forms of exercise.
