Yesterday was good, tomorrow will be better. It feels great to be getting back on track! I had a minor freak-out yesterday when I found an article on TheKnot that recommended having 2-3 months between the first and last dress fitting, the last one being 3 weeks before the wedding. So, instead of starting fittings in July (another Knot article said the first would be 6 weeks before the wedding day!), I would be starting end of May. I have no intention of losing more weight after I start my dress fittings, as recommended, because I don't want to panic when the dress is too big and I have to shell out more money in a rushed time-period to take the dress in even more! Even if I am not at my goal weight. But, then I realized that I still have 3 whole months, which isn't 4.5, but it's better than one! And, the fitting timeline will completely depend on the seamstress I pick, when I do. I will be researching that this month. So, I may not have enough time to end up at the goal I thought I would, but I will do what I can. And I have made up my mind to be happy with it, regardless. Because you know what? It will still be more fit, healthier, and less body fat/more muscle than today! Hooray for positive thinking!
