March goals

Exercise: 1000 fitness minutes
Get back into strength training because I've been lax. So at least once a week.

    My March goals have changed a bit due to mild depression (I really do suspect myself of having something in the lieu of reverse seasonal affective disorder) and a week's worth of chest cold (which I am still recovering from energy wise, my colds really hurt me in that coughing makes me lose a lot of what I drink and eat..probably a side effect of years of bulimia). I MIGHT make the weight goal because I'd been doing OK without much exercise last year but the rest isn't happening. If I remember to add in my walking I might hit 500 minutes this month. I'm just trying to work on accomplishing something, anything, most days.
