So, today is my 'day 2' of my 100 day challenge of working out at least 10 minutes a day. It's 9:15 am and I just finished my at-home workout. It feels so good to be working out again! The sweat smells great! (just kidding!)
Today's workout? I did another Fitness Blender workout. They have all kinds of workouts and they are FREE! Today, I did a 25 minutes kickboxing. Wonderful!!! But, it was only 18 minutes of working out & then 4 minutes of stretching & cooling down. Strange that they called it 25 minutes! But, I'll take it...
How did I feel about working out today? I had a rough night - was up from three until five this morning & finally just read a book. So, I was tired this morning & had lots to do. I really didn't want to do anything... especially something as 'physical' as kickboxing. But, I'd picked it out last night & decided to give it a try. And, I really had FUN!

P.S. Had some extra time (or took it?) & did Fitness Blender's "Pilates Butt & Thigh Workout for a Rounder Butt". Yikes!! I had to modify & it was TOUGH! Know I'll feel it tomorrow. So, that's another 18 minutes for a grand total of...36. Yeah!
