Day 57 of 10min/day of exercise

Today I feel a little weak. Don't worry, just typical female stuff. I took it easy and tried the seated upper body weight routine, a nine minute Spark video. I really liked this routine and added it to my favorites. I just wish she had put in one more minute. I did the elliptical for a minute to get to ten.

I have lots of running around, so I'm sure I'll get some good steps tracked on my activity tracker. One of the errands is getting Mary to her back doctor. She still has pain, but seems to be improving. We'll see what, if any, tests or scans they want to do now. She seems to be in a little more pain as she starts tapering off the Medrol dosepak. They gave instructions for a 12 day taper, the usual dosepak is only six days. She's in good spirits and does the best she can. I'm anxious for warmer weather to try to get walking with her a little, although swimming in our warm pool helps loosen up her muscles.

Lots to do, I'd better go.
