So, yesterday's Taebo made me very tired. Also, I had to walk so much around the campus to get some stuff done. It was tiresome too. But, we gulped sugarcane juice at the end of it. So, it was bearable.
In the evening, dad showed up with so much snacks and fruit.
It was all mouth watering. But, I had to keep it down since I could not squeeze in any powerful workouts. I managed to eat some and shoved the rest of it away.
I am planning on protein filled dinner. My cold seems to have subsided. I have cough and some irritation in my throat but I hope it will be gone by tomorrow.
So for today's workout, I planned a Stretching routine lasting for some 10 minutes and some abs workouts as strength training for that part.
