Had a great on plan day! Food was healthy and did not go over my fat range. 80oz of water and will get in a bit more before I get in bed. Cardio, stretching and strength training done for exercise!
I have recommitted to not eating after dinner. That's what I used to do but I had started up again. Even though I have calories left to cover the snacking it's not good for me so I am done doing it!
Didn't get to do my juicing today but will do it again tomorrow.
I am still a bit tired so I am headed to bed soon.
TOMORROWS GOALS: 45 OR MORE MIN CARDIO + 15 MINUTES OF STRETCHING FOR THE LCW!
