So aside from my "breaks" during the weekend, my Fitness has been doing well. Work has been light so i've been able to get in 1 hour elliptical + 20-30 min of weight training. I've gotten into a routine where a old tv show I used to watch is on, and so I show up at the same time every day and just zone out watching it on the elliptical. I usually burn around 500 calories from that!
Food last week wasn't as good (health and monetary wise) because i decided not to make lunches. But I'm pretty good this week. Have 3 sandwiches and a leftover dinner sitting in my company fridge all ready to go. Had the first one today and was quite good!
I want to make sure that I eat well this week because I find it highly unlikely that it will happen next weekend (I'll do my best) but its my birthday so...
