So this is the workout plan for the week!

Monday: Slim in 6 Burn It Up

Tuesday: Slim in 6 Ramp It Up

Wed: Break

Thursday: Slim in 6 Burn It Up

Friday: Break

Saturday: Slim Series Cool It Off Express

Sunday: Slim Series Cardio Core Express

    I think it is a great idea to get it all in writing...I was thinking about doing this myself. It's great accountability!

    Good idea. I know that when I did this it helped give me that little extra push on the days I didn't feel like it.
