I meant to post this blog last week, but I've been quite busy. On last Thursday, I wanted to get my workout in early so that I could come home by a certain time. So, I bypassed my Spring Break Bootcamp (which is from 6-7 pm) and did my own little customized workout around 12 pm.
I did a series of 1 minute exercise intervals!! Yes, you heard correctly. And it was SO MUCH FUN!! I wasn't doing any 1 exercise for extended periods of time. The constant change challenged my body and kept my mind alert. I alternated between strength exercises and cardio exercises.
* Warm Up (all done in 60 secs each)
1/9 mile jog in 60 secs
1/9 Mile Jog (60 secs)
Crawl Down Pushups
High Jumps (Knee to Waist)
Side Planks with weight lifting
Squats (with bar weight)
Alternating Toe Taps on bosus
Lateral and Front Raises
