Sounds like you are taking some huge steps rather than baby steps. I joined the 10 minute per day team and it seems to ingrain a specific time period each day for fitness. My activity level seems to have stabilized from when Ipractice.è, binge couch potatoism.
Be disciplined and ind to your inner child. You sound very similar to me scheduling your work-outs which is smart if you can keep on track but hard on the ego if you get side tracked by life. Congrats for getting to your goal in the first place. I still have 37 to go.
