Today, I started small again. I have failed so many times. But, I've also succeeded in the past, and I know I can do it again!
I watched a video this morning about a lady who committed to going to the gym for 100 days.... and it made a huge difference! I can't get to the gym every day with how life is right now, but I CAN workout every day. Even if it is only for 10 minutes. So, that's my commitment... at least 10 minutes for 100 days.
Anyone want to join me? Your commitment can be something else, but maybe we can all do something for 100 days.
