After losing weight successfully and gaining it back all within a year, I decided to take it slowly instead of loading all the stress on my body. Step by step.

So, I am thinking to take a plan like this:
Week 1:
Day 1: Taebo - 40 minutes emoticon
Day 2: Elliptical trainer - 45 minutes + Upper body strength training m emoticon
Day 3: Jillian Michaels Boxing DVD - 30 minutes + Light stretching for 10 minutes emoticon
Day 4: Elliptical trainer - 45 minutes + Lower body strength training emoticon
Day 5: Taebo - 40 minutes + Stretching 10 minutes emoticon
Day 6: Jessica Smith walking workout emoticon
Day 7: Stretching + Yoga + meditation - 10, 20, 10 emoticon
Let's see how it goes. I will share my progress and how I feel about it at the end of the week.

Also, I am limiting my food to what is essential and to not give into cravings. I have a bottle of water at my desk to sip on every time I want to eat besides the actual meals.
