The end of my 30 day challenge

It took less than a week and I've totally messed up my 30 day challenge. I just can't seem to get with it lately. I'm not sure what's going on with me. I have done great in the past and I know I can do this. I've proved it by doing it before. I just need to get back on track and stay on track. Keep my in your prayers. I need all the prayers I can get.

    We all have periods like this, just push past it. Small steps always take time to show up, but last the longer to our success. Will pray for your success too. eva

    You have what it takes to make it happen. Speak those things - that are not - over your life - now. Take it one meal and one exercise commitment at a time. Debunk the excuses immediately. Literally, out loud, tell yourself/your body what "it will do".

Keep at it.

    Its great that you are reaching out for support because SP buddies are here for you.

Start with a focus on just today. Pre-plan your food and exercise and then follow that plan. Make your daily goal realistic. Once you have a single successful day it will encourage you to continue. Don't strive for perfection but rather rate your success based upon the good choices that were made for that day that you wouldn't have done without SP involved. You'll find successes all around you and they are contageous!

    What help me get back on track was that I was on the start page part 2 has small goals that you have reach. I get on there and put what I have reached and I read that over and over.

    You've got this! Just remember WHY you're wanting to lose weight whenever you want to eat. Make small changes and not try so hard, but stay at it. Do what you can that you know is healthy.
