Below were my original goals and it is going pretty good with them so I don't believe I will change anything
Here are my SMART goals
Specific - I want to loose a minimum of 20 lbs
Measurable - These results will be tracked through weekly weigh ins and regular taping.
Attainable - I will attain this goal through continued healthy eating and a extensive workout
program that will alternate every other day.
Realistic - This goal is very realistic and attainable if I put in the work
Timeline - 12 weeks, at which time I will see where I'm at and set new goals.
I will tell everyone who will listen about this change. My buddy through this is CARDAMOMMA. My reward will come at the end with new workout clothes
