Had a great day/ Was a bit under my calorie range and fat range (shocking) so that will make up for being over yesterday!
Today I took my measurements. I was supposed to have done it last Sunday but forgot so it has been 5 weeks. Even though I haven't lost any weight I have lost 6.5 inches and 3 of that was from my waist!
Now I know why my slip fell off yesterday
thankfully I was in the kitchen with a few of the ladies and not out in the meeting room were there were lots of men...
I started experimenting with juicing today. It said to start out with cucumber, celery and fennel. Well I don't like fennel much so I just did cucumber and celery. Considering I am not real fond of celery either it wasn't too bad. Soon I will add other things that will give it more flavor. I am hoping that this might help get off the plateau I have been on for a while now. It's healthy and low calorie so it sure can't hurt anything!
TOMORROWS GOAL: NO EXCUSES STAY ON MEAL PLAN AND GET EXERCISE DONE!
