It's been a long hiatus, but I am back on Sparkpeople! This week my focus is getting in more vegetables and more protein. Here is my menu plan for this week:
Black eyed pea & green cabbage curry with mustard seed, cumin & yogurt
Leftover Thai eggplant zucchini curry
Harira (chickpea & lentil stew with onion, celery, tomatoes, turmeric, ginger & rice)

Lemony Snicket (a mild chickpea curry with lemon juice, onion, garlic & part of a Shaan)

Yum! This is making me hungry. Today was my last hurrah before I give up coffee and sugar. Wish me luck!
