Still around, just less time to blog

Hey guys! So I'm still here, I'm still working hard, but I just haven't been finding as much time to blog lately.

I haven't been doing the mini-goals lately. I just didn't find them as effective the last couple weeks. I am in a plateau-ish period, so I'm trying to break through that and not get discourage.

I posted some new photos, all but two pairs of pants (one is actually shorts) I have fit now! So excited! I posted a comparison shot, of me in smaller jean size and with no muffin top, which is pretty exciting!

Last, I'm thinking about giving Insanity a try. But before I shell out a bunch of money on a DVD set, anyone have any experience with it? Was it worth it? Did you like it? Can you do it over again? I'd hate to buy the set, do it once, and then it is useless. Anyways, any information on this purchase would be appreciated.

    Insanity is basically a super intense body weight dvd. Side to side lunges, planking, pushups, etc. You can find infographics on it on Pinterest.. the point of insanity is HIIT. If you want those kinds of results, you can just do body weight excercises at a super hard and fast pace, without shelling out that kind of money.
