Stayed within my calories (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 13 days)
Didn't binge. [ x ] (Current streak: 16 days)
Went for a walk (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 15 days)
Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 13 days)
This was a very relaxing weekend after a hectic week. Now I feel ready for a new week! My goal is to lose another 2 pounds by Saturday. I know I can do it!
