So today for breakfast I had a sliced banana, 4 sliced strawberries, and cubed cantaloupe with a cup of coffee. The fruit was so light and yummy and taste wonderful! Not bad for 205 calories :)
For dinner tonight I'm making bbq thin cut pork chops with Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce, steamed cauliflower, and half cup of Rice a Roni Nature's Way Italian Cheese and Herb rice for only 299 calories.
I haven't decided what to make for lunch yet but I need to get going on a short walk for today. I haven't decided if we're going to the gym today or tomorrow. It really sucks trying to make it to the gym on Sunday since they close so early (7pm) especially when I have stuff I have to do to get done. I think I'll just opt for a 40 minute walk and a 60 minute workout in my room.
Going to Target in a little bit to get a TV for our bedroom, a cookie dough scoop, and a silicone baking mat for my new cookie sheet :) Also going to go to Dress Barn to look around to see if they have anything worth getting. Sometimes I like just looking at the clothes and trying things on just for the heck of it without buying anything.
Right now I'm making Pumpkin butterscotch cookies because Winter is just about over so I wanted to make something with pumpkin as I have 4 cans of pureed pumpkin to use up. The first batch just came out of the oven and oh my goodness they smell and look amazing! I can't wait to try one.
