March Madness

Yes, I know it is not March yet. But I am ready to post goals for the next month:)

Started out today with egg whites, spinach, ground turkey and a sweet potato.
Ran 4 miles, deadlifted 185 and did a fun little circuit of pull ups, knee ups, box jumps, burpees, rows, and curls.
Looking forward to getting the pups out in a bit:)

Goals for March:
*Stick with my running plan created with my Nike Run App. I missed a 6 miler this past week. Although I am not even sure I could have run 6 miles:) No biggie, always a chance to make it up:)
*SWEAT class at the gym Monday-Friday.
*Spin 3-4 times per week
*My boot camp classes twice a week.
*Posting more of my eats on Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram (the really pretty stuff) .
*Eating less sugar. I know when I was following the 21 Day Sugar Detox, I felt great! Time for another round:)

552.88 miles for the year!

    Great goals - you are very active - I am confident you could do 6 miles! Just take it slow - worry about your mileage vs. your speed. A nice and easy pace and you will do just fine.

    My goals:
    1) Keep my streak - Eat well, track and on track (ok I have my treat - emoticon on cutting on sugar! I can't do this - but I count it all...) no binge!
    2) Drink my water
    3) Follow my training plan - Half-marathon is in April/Marathon is in May
    4) Sleep 5hrs/night - that is my BIG challenge right now.
