Yes, I know it is not March yet. But I am ready to post goals for the next month:)
Started out today with egg whites, spinach, ground turkey and a sweet potato.
Ran 4 miles, deadlifted 185 and did a fun little circuit of pull ups, knee ups, box jumps, burpees, rows, and curls.
Looking forward to getting the pups out in a bit:)
Goals for March:
*Stick with my running plan created with my Nike Run App. I missed a 6 miler this past week. Although I am not even sure I could have run 6 miles:) No biggie, always a chance to make it up:)
*SWEAT class at the gym Monday-Friday.
*Spin 3-4 times per week
*My boot camp classes twice a week.
*Posting more of my eats on Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram (the really pretty stuff) .
*Eating less sugar. I know when I was following the 21 Day Sugar Detox, I felt great! Time for another round:)
