Amazing is all I have to say! I can't even believe I lost this past week because it was my husband's birthday and I took him out for lunch. (-1.4) I actually ate pizza and birthday cake- not on my diet at all. I was still consistent with my workouts and tried to drink lots of water. Yesterday was so nice outside that we went hiking for about 4.5 miles. This week I'm on to the hardest level of Slim in 6.
