If this morning's run was any indication of how the rest of the day will go, it's going to be great! I got 8 hours of sleep last night - it's so much easier to run with a full night of sleep behind me - I had a cup of pre-run ginger tea, I warmed up, and I was out the door. The sun was shining, the wind was low, and I ended up doing 2.5 miles at a 9:50 AP. What an improvement - the combo of sleep, nutrition, and regular workouts is making a difference!
