Well it is almost the end of the month and I still have weight to loose. I may not make my goal this month. I have managed to get in all the miles this month for the SPAT challenge. The rest of the month is just extra.
I noticed this month in looking back I haven't tracked my food as much as I did in January. I'm thinking that may be the reason the weight hasn't come off like it should. I resolve to track every meal for the rest of the month and beyond. Guess I just have to take it one day at a time and remember to do the tracking when I have time in the evening. I don't and can't get on the computer as much during the day as I would like because of the location of my computer and having to care for baby sister during the day. Most of my days are spent up stairs; I have my computer downstairs in my room.
I also received word of a major financial setback yesterday so I'm going to have to do some juggling to make ends meet until I can get it straightened out. If i had let it that would have put me in a tailspin for exercise and food today but so far I have over 20 minutes of exercise and nearly all my calories for the day. I haven't gone over board in the food. Major NSV.
