Well it is almost the end of the month and I still have weight to loose. I may not make my goal this month. I have managed to get in all the miles this month for the SPAT challenge. The rest of the month is just extra.

I noticed this month in looking back I haven't tracked my food as much as I did in January. I'm thinking that may be the reason the weight hasn't come off like it should. I resolve to track every meal for the rest of the month and beyond. Guess I just have to take it one day at a time and remember to do the tracking when I have time in the evening. I don't and can't get on the computer as much during the day as I would like because of the location of my computer and having to care for baby sister during the day. Most of my days are spent up stairs; I have my computer downstairs in my room.

I also received word of a major financial setback yesterday so I'm going to have to do some juggling to make ends meet until I can get it straightened out. If i had let it that would have put me in a tailspin for exercise and food today but so far I have over 20 minutes of exercise and nearly all my calories for the day. I haven't gone over board in the food. Major NSV.

    Good luck with the tracking. You might try carrying a small note book to track throughout the day. It will make you think before you eat and taking the time to right it down will also give you the time to think if you really want it.

Overall computers have made us lazy as we take the easy way out for most things. we used to track with a notebook before we had computers and while it may have been more time consuming, it was just as effective.
