Wk 150 Weigh In

I think I'm going to make this blog post short as I don't have much to write about and frankly, I don't feel like trying to come up with something. I prefer to write when the mood strikes, when I have something witty (at least in my mind) to say. I don't like to try and force the witticisms and sarcasm when I'm just not feeling them.

So anyway, I lost a little weight this week. My back felt good enough to spend some time on the treadmill, which was good because I had a mid week run in with some Little Caesars Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza... It was surprisingly good for $5 pizza. But if I hadn't indulged I think I would have posted a better loss. Oh Well.

Weight : 221.6
Lost : 0.6
Total : 98.4

So just over half a pound lost, no great accomplishment. Perhaps this week I can avoid the mid week pizza and post another loss next Saturday!

Now I am off to go watch the season 3 of Game Of Thrones on Blu-Ray, which I picked up on Thursday :)

    good going bro! glad your back is somewhat feeling better. You amaze me on how you can give a 0.6 loss so little importance.... You are great! you keep at it and you are so close to 100.!! Doing good bro! 0.6 a week makes for 31 pounds in a year and that is something to be proud of.
