So we ended up going to the gym yesterday instead of Thursday... some stuff came up so we were unable to go but made up for it yesterday and everything is okay now.
I weighed in today and I am in the 180's!! I'm 189 with 20 pounds to go to reach my goal weight. :)
I'm making crepes for breakfast today with low fat cottage cheese and sliced bananas as the filling. For dinner I'm making sautéed asparagus, pasta roni, and crock pot london broil with onions and montreal steak seasonings.
Last night I made an awesome salad with grape tomatoes, iceberg salad mix, cucumbers, avocado, and wish-bone greek vinaigrette. It was so yummy! For dessert I made a strawberry shortcake with fresh sliced strawberries, a angel food cake dessert cup, and cool whip.
