Week 2

Whew!!! emoticon

I am "supposed" to be in my week two of the new 30-Day Quick Start Challenge. I woke up Monday morning with my gym bag heading out, when I realized the office had a more hectic schedule for me during the new week and by Thursday I was so exhausted and fagged out.

I also had a program going on in church that took most of the remaining time and so, the bottom line is that I could not workout throughout this week. But with a better mindset now and a prepared body, I am going to log in the whole of my week 2 next week for whatever it takes. Getting Fit/Loosing Weight this year is not optional and I will put in all my best to get the best of results.

A few pounds down in my Monday Weigh in. So small but highly appreciated.

I hope to check all my days in, this coming week. God's Grace.

Nice idea aunti Femi, it was not really the gym that was the issue this past week it was all the stuff that got in my way and I just lost balance. I go to the gym just 3 days in a week, the rest is indoors. One of my major challenge is boredom, I get bored with the same thing in two weeks, so gym membership was just my little way of spicing whatever I do up.

Hope this week goes better. Have you tried incorporating indoors exercises? This would be great for when you don't have time to go to the gym. I am not a gym person. I tried it and it didn't work. Most of my physical activities are indoors, except when I do my walk or jog. Consider starting some in-house activities especially early in the morning. Have a great week!!!
