I've not weighed myself in over a month.
I've not binged in over a month.
I'm eating to sustain my lifestyle.
I'm learning what it feels like to be done.
Within a month I have progressed in lifting ...
75 lbs on the bench press
175 lbs on the leg press
I no longer avoid the weight room.
I'm learning that taking up space is okay.
I've started sleeping better & feeling better.
I've learned that some people should not subscribe to drink more water ... It's harmful.
I no longer take anyone's word for it ... They must produce science to back up their claim when it comes to this journey.
Only 10 days left till the 3 month houseguest departs & my life returns to regular scheduled programming.
