Today is my last day of week 7. I am excited ti see the scale sliding down. This week I really didn't meet my workout goals at all but the scsle moved almost every day. This morninbg I was doen a whole pound from yesterday.
It was awesome to actually get to the gym today. I did 32 minutes on the elliptical, a full circuit, 15 minutes jogging and 17 minutes walking. I fely really good after. And it was nice to see by 10 am I was at 9000steps.
So tomorrow begins week 8. My goal is to be down 14 pounds by next Saturday. 2.6 pounds ti go.
