B: Bob's steelcut oatmeal with 1/4 cup golden raisins
L: turkey breast and broccoli with shredded Veggie Go soy cheese
Sn: celery, apple, hummus
D: corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes
Eve: Wasa crackers with peanut butter and 6 oz. Greek nonfat blueberry yogurt
lots of water through the day
Foods were measured approximately but at least I was aware of serving sizes. That is not what I used to do. I used to pile on the food with no thought of a proper portion size.
Planning like this right now does not seem hard to me.
Hmmm... I never had the energy or the stocked kitchen or the easy to find recipes to plan ahead like this. " If nothin' wrong, somethin'g wrong."
And , for the second day in a row, cravings are not a problem.
